Evil Lion-o.

As seen in Episode 65 ~ Fond Memories.

  Mummra the Un-dead disguises himself as Dr. Doomtone and sets a trap in his evil hall of mirrors. 

  Dr. Doomtone approaches Lion-o and tells him he wants to show him a tribute exhibition to the Thundercats. Taken to a cave, once inside Lion-o is confronted by the hall of mirrors, jumping out of the first mirror was Safari Joe, he defeats Safari Joe and is immediatly set on by Ratar-o, he defeats a second nemisis only to be gased by Mummra the living. The gas causes him to loose his powers, and runs scared into the darkness of the cave.

  Recovering from the gas he goes back to hunt down Mummra, where Mummra turns himself into Evil Lion-o, who not only looks like himself, but has equal skills & power. They fight and of course the true hero wins.

  This figure may have been planned as part of the original line as he can been seen as a prototype on some packaging. 

  This figure has been produced here at The Purple Toy Box, the figure has been completely repainted and laquered for ultimate protection, and has the full working function of the standard Lion-o.

Young Lion-o.

As seen in Episode 82 ~ Time Switch.

  One day, while burying one of the time capsules that transported the Thundercats to Third Earth, it smashes apart and Lion-o gets caught in its gases, making him younger and younger by the minute.

  The other Thundercats try to find a way to reverse the process and realize the Cave of Time is the only way, but they must get Lion-o there before he "vanishes" from existence. 

  Things get worse when the young Lion-o and Snarf are captured by the Lunataks.

  This figure has been produced here at The Purple Toy Box, the figure has been completely remodelled out of an old Wily-Kat figure, the sword has been shortened at the blade and hilt, the glove has been produced from a Ben 10 figure face mask, all has been repainted and laquered for ultimate protection.

Snowman of Hook Mountain & Snowmeow.

As seen in Episode 13 ~ Lord of the Snows.

Snowmeow is a cat that lives on Hook Mountain with his master, The Snowman. They are both loyal allies of the ThunderCats.

In the first couple of episodes in which he appeared, Snowman is called Snow Knight. When the ThunderCats leave for New Thundera (Return to Thundera I) Snowman & Snowmeow are appointed members of The League of Third Earth, together with Willa & Nayda, Robear Bill & Belle and Mandora.

Snowmeow started out as most will recogise to be a Heman Battle Cat. He has been fully flocked similar to skeletors purple Panthor. Fitted with Custom Sadle & Rains.

The next issue was with the Snowman, as with his legs only having a forward & backward motion, he would no fit a sadle, his legs needed a full 360 degree motion. To overcome this issue we removed the legs and joint. The boots were cut off, with holes drilled down into them. We then took the legs and waste of of a dead heman figure, with his feet cut off the legs could be pushed onto the snowman boots, the waste joints was grafted onto the snowman body. We then tidied up the job, but this ended up looking a little weard as Hemans butt was considerably smaller than the Snowman. So we made the decision a custom skirt could disguise this issue. 

The final issue was getting his shield hand to hold the reins. They both needed to be at different orientaions, so a joint was put in allowing the wrist to turn 360 degrees.

Claudus.

As seen in Episode 20 ~ Return to Thundera.

In the episode Return to Thundera. Kano, Lion-o's childhood pet, attacks him, not recognizing Lion-o as has grown up and is now a man.

Lion-o calms him down, and after Kano smells him he realises who the man before his actually is. Lion-o realises Kano is destressed, Kano takes Lion-o home where he finds his father Claudus.

Claudus is a Remodeled Lion-o figure, who has been repainted, fitted with a custom made cloak, a new hairstyle and facial hair, and comes with a custom made cane.

Kano is a Chap Mei Battle Beast, he has had is moulded saddle removed, been flocked and painted.

Feliner.
