Terms & Conditions for the Customer's use of this website and for the purchasing of products through this website. Please read these carefully. if you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website.

ThePurpleToyBox makes every effort to ensure that the prices listed on this website are correct. However, errors may occur and ThePurpleToyBox reserves the right to alter product prices on this website without notice.

In the event that ThePurpleToyBox changes the price of an item due to an error, the following Terms apply. ThePurpleToyBox will inform the Customer as soon as possible of the amendment and of the correct price. The Customer may choose to fulfill their order at the correct price, or to cancel their order. If the Customer chooses to cancel their order and has already paid for the goods in question, ThePurpleToyBox shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Ownership of goods does no pass into the hands of the Customer until ThePurpleToyBox has received payment in full.

ThePurpleToyBox will endeavor to deliver the product to the Customer as soon as possible once payment is complete via the shipping methods stated in on our shipping page.

ThePurpleToyBox reserves the right to correct any errors on this website, including descriptions and images, ThePurpleToyBox reserves the rights to refuse or cancel any website order based on incorrect description or image. These corrections may be made after the Customer's order had been acknowledged.

In the event of a customer cancelling a purchase, either by buyer regret or error, ThePurpleToyBox reserves the right to withhold any charges incurred in the sale / payment process.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, whether due to damage, change of mind or other reasons. Please pack the item(s) in an appropriate-sized cardboard box and use bubble wrap or another type of fill to adequately protect the item.

Please do not place the shipping label or tape directly on the item(s) when returning it, (this not a guide, these are instructions) as this will result in your return being null and void and no refund or replacement will be issued. If the item(s) are damaged in transit or received by ThePurpleToyBox in a worse condition than it was dispatched to you, then your refund will be less than the value of the item(s) being returned. ThePurpleToyBox reserve the right to determine any part or full refund given due to the nature of the item received back to ThePurpleToyBox and the initial reason for the return.

ThePurpleToyBox reserves the right  to decline to supply any individual or company without explanation.

ThePurpleToyBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer's use of this website at any time without explanation.
