Q) How can i pay ?
A) You can pay via Paypal.

Q) How long does delivery take ?
A) We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of them being placed (excluding Saturday and Sunday when postal collections are not available) During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.

Q) Will my item be sent via a tracked shipping service ?
A) Yes, all items are sent via a Royal Mail tracked or signed service, with larger items being dispatched via a UPS tracked service.

Q) Where are you based ?
A) We are based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, United Kingdom.

Q) Do you have a physical shop ?
A) No, we run an online business with our items stored & dispatched via a secure 3rd party warehouse.

Q) Can I pick my items up from your business premises ?
A) Sorry, no as the items are stored & dispatched via a secure 3rd party warehouse.

Q) How do I return a product ?
A) If you need to return an item please read our returns page.

Q) How do I cancel my order ?
A) Simply email us with your order number and cancelation request, once the item is marked as dispatched unfortunately we will no longer be able to process a cancelation.

Q) My Parcel has not arrived ?
A) If your parcel has not arrived within the specified shipping period, please contact us here at ThePurpleToyBox. We will
check all relevant tracking information, as often delivery has been attempted but you may not have received a card through your door informing you of this. We will contact Royal Mail if further information is needed.

Q) Where can i find my tracking number ?
A) Your tracking link will be registered on your Paypal payment details. Viewable on Paypal.

Q) Do you ship to my country ?
A) Yes we ship to all countries worldwide. Rates can be viewed in advance on our Shipping / Returns page.
